Got 3 more miles in this morning at the health club.
1 mile warm up 8 minutes or so pace.
ran 5 minutes at 10 minute pace
ran 5 minutes at 9:13 pace
ran 5 minutes at 8:34 pace
ran 5 minutes at 8:00 pace and sped up every 20 seconds or so all way down to 6:50 pace in last minute.
Sweated out lots of junk.

OK...I am the weakest link on the TIR team. I haven't run until today and I was so slow! My calf and hip are really tender. Is this one of those things I just need to get over and run or do I obey the pain??
