Ran 6.5 miles this morning and was soaked by the end of the run. Actually I was soaked in sweat about halfway through. Run felt good.

Worked and did other stuff during the day and this evening got the bike out and rode 11.5 miles. Butt is a little sore. Well, a lot sore from 20 miles yesterday. Wonder how I'll feel in the a.m.?

fyi - i start a new job tomorrow as an editor (not THE editor) at The Lufkin Daily News. Looking forward to being back in the office I was in from 1998-2000.
